Save the Date - Mark Your Calendars - Coming in January Snapshot and 5 Essentials Survey

The Snapshot and 5Essentials Surveys will be conducted January 22 - February 22, 2019.  Parents, students in grades 4-12, and school staff will have the opportunity to take part in the Snapshot Survey.  This 3 question open ended survey will showcase what makes each of our schools unique.  Your input and comments are important and will play a key role in spotlighting innovation and student achievements. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in the 5Essentials Survey.  This will allow students in grades 4-12 to share their thoughts on the important elements of their school and classroom experiences.  Students will participate in these surveys during the school day.

Please click the link below to see a copy of the student survey questions.  Participation in the surveys provides valuable information on our school and helps to guide school improvement.  Participant identities and survey responses are kept completely confidential and will never be connected to you or your student.

The Snapshot and 5Essentials Surveys will be administered online.  On January 22nd, parents will receive a link to the Snapshot Survey.  The survey link will also be available on the SCPS website.
