Welcome to Dance! Dance classes offer students the opportunity to learn dance techniques and skills; but it is also a great method of developing, maintaining and improving physical fitness. The daily exercise in dance class incorporates important fitness components including cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, muscle endurance and flexibility. These comprehensive fitness benefits improve dancers’ physical health, mental health and self-esteem. To accomplish our mission we will use a combination of jazz, lyrical, hip-hop and ballet styles. Our mission is to teach students the dance skills, techniques and etiquette needed to learn one or more dance routines they will be proud to perform.
